Shipping
All products ordered will be shipped as soon as possible from Father's House Europe.
If your order is split it may be that your part of your order is coming directly from one of our suppliers. If this is the case our suppliers will treat your order with priority.
If there is a delay that we know about then we will contact you. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time then please contact us.
All products ordered must be paid for before they can be shipped. So, if you wish to pay by cheque (UK customers only) then please send your cheque as soon as you have placed your order using the information emailed to you.
We now only supply to Europe and United Kingdom.
Returns
All our shipped items are well packaged. But things do happen outside of our control. If you receive your order and it is damaged please in the first instance contact us and we will discuss the nature of the damage and what to do about it.
